Football should be an environment where individuals are treated fairly and professionally regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, or background. Unfortunately, racism and discriminatory behaviour continue to affect many areas of football, impacting players, coaches, supporters, officials, scouts, analysts, and other professionals working within the game.
The Union is committed to promoting equality, inclusion, professionalism, and respectful behaviour throughout football scouting and analysis. Members are expected to maintain professional standards and avoid conduct that may be discriminatory, abusive, threatening, or harmful toward others.
Creating meaningful change within football requires collective responsibility, leadership, education, and consistent professional standards across all levels of the sport.
