Asian communities have made significant contributions to football both on and off the pitch, yet representation within some areas of football, including scouting, recruitment, leadership, and analysis, still remains limited.
UPFSA is committed to encouraging greater inclusion, visibility, and professional opportunity for individuals from Asian backgrounds who wish to develop careers within football scouting and analysis. The Union believes football should provide equal access to opportunity regardless of ethnicity, culture, or background.
The Union believes broader representation within scouting and recruitment can strengthen talent identification, improve community engagement, and contribute positively toward the future development of football.
