Today, we are proud to officially announce the launch of UPFSA — the Union of Professional Football Scouts & Analysts.
UPFSA has been created to support, connect, recognise, and elevate football scouts, analysts, recruiters, and football intelligence professionals across the world.
For too long, many of the people working behind the scenes in football have lacked proper recognition, support structures, networking opportunities, and professional representation. Scouts and analysts play a vital role in shaping the modern game, from grassroots football to elite professional environments, yet many continue to work without the protection, visibility, and development pathways available in other areas of the sport.
UPFSA aims to change that.
